Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Familiarity with warehouse & delivery procedures preferred
  • Some Inventory Control / Finance experience background preferred
  • Motorized pallet jack experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly both in writing and verbally
  • Strong math skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to resolve routine problems of limited scope
  • Frequent sitting, standing, and walking; occasional lifting up to 90 pounds
  • Ability to handle cases in low to the ground and high-level slots
  • Ability to operate a computer and perform filing
  • Ability to work in different temperature areas ranging from -10 to +95 degrees
  • Ability to work some holidays

Responsibilities

  • Receive and verify that all driver-returned products and invoices are processed accurately with correct accounting codes for the division P&L
  • Verify returned product for accurate reason codes (mispicks, driver shorts, refusals) to ensure account reports reflect accurate data
  • Verify returned product is within temperature guidelines to maintain product integrity
  • Return cases back to stock, RF Scanning, and computer work
  • Issue Customer credits
  • Compile Xata and Kronos reports to verify accurate time and attendance reporting
  • Process driver collections for accuracy in collection of money
