High School Diploma or equivalent
Familiarity with warehouse & delivery procedures preferred
Some Inventory Control / Finance experience background preferred
Motorized pallet jack experience preferred
Ability to communicate clearly both in writing and verbally
Strong math skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic computer skills
Ability to resolve routine problems of limited scope
Frequent sitting, standing, and walking; occasional lifting up to 90 pounds
Ability to handle cases in low to the ground and high-level slots
Ability to operate a computer and perform filing
Ability to work in different temperature areas ranging from -10 to +95 degrees
Ability to work some holidays

Responsibilities

Receive and verify that all driver-returned products and invoices are processed accurately with correct accounting codes for the division P&L
Verify returned product for accurate reason codes (mispicks, driver shorts, refusals) to ensure account reports reflect accurate data
Verify returned product is within temperature guidelines to maintain product integrity
Return cases back to stock, RF Scanning, and computer work
Issue Customer credits
Compile Xata and Kronos reports to verify accurate time and attendance reporting
Process driver collections for accuracy in collection of money
