Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Preferred minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehouse and delivery procedures
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solid math skills and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working on computers and performing data entry
- Collaborative mindset and helpful attitude with team members
- Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, lift (up to 80 lbs), bend, push, pull, and twist
Responsibilities
- Verify returned product reason codes (mis-picks, driver shorts, refusals) for accurate reporting
- Check product temperatures to ensure quality and food safety
- Process documentation related to returns and order adjustments
- Inspect product for disposition (saleable, damaged, expired, etc.)
- Execute end-of-day reporting and resolve discrepancies
- Return saleable product to slot (if allowed by local CBA)
- Collaborate with drivers and supervisors to resolve issues and identify retraining needs
