Requirements

  • Bachelor or master student with a minimum of 2 semesters of studies completed and strong academic results
  • Available for a duration of 6-12 months (suitable for gap year between Bachelors & Masters or within current degree program)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Drive for leadership
  • Passion for applying capabilities to real-world business problems
  • Skilled in making complex decisions using all available data, combined with gut feeling and instinct
  • Familiar with the DACH market and its retail & consumer landscape
  • Proficient in speaking and writing English and German (B2 level)
  • Short work experience, internships, or studies abroad (considered a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Complete a full set of projects in Sales and Brand Management/Marketing functions, each lasting 3-6 months
  • In Marketing: Join projects in Commercial Operations (for a brand/category), Brand Operations (for categories on a marketing touch point), or develop marketing plans across categories for a specific retailer
  • In Sales: Work in Key Account Management, Market Strategy Management, or Category Management teams
  • Understand and analyze business drivers important to P&G and retailers
  • Create recommendations based on analysis
  • Work on the launch of new products with retail partners
  • Lead exciting projects from Day 1 to contribute to the team and business
  • Shape retailer partnerships to grow mutual business and develop vision & strategy behind brands
