Documentation Engineer

Candidates must possess a strong ability to write clear, structured, and concise technical documentation, with an understanding of best practices for developer documentation. Experience with Markdown and Git is required, along with comfort in reading, understanding, and writing code samples in Solidity and JavaScript/TypeScript. Industry knowledge of Blockchains, DeFi, trends, and use cases is essential, as is experience contributing to open-source projects or blockchain communities. The role requires the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, product teams, and developer advocates, demonstrating strong attention to detail and the capacity to simplify complex topics for a broad developer audience. Candidates should be able to operate independently, take on additional responsibilities, and proactively learn new skills. Flexibility and the ability to produce quality content quickly are also necessary, alongside strong problem-solving, critical thinking, user empathy, and a developer experience focus. A strong interest in Blockchain technology is a must. Preferred requirements include an understanding of Chainlink and its product offerings, knowledge of additional programming languages such as Go, Rust, Move, Python, or Cairo, and demonstrated ability to enhance user experience by developing Astro documentation components.
