Requirements

  • BS degree in Computer Science, Technical Writing with automation experience, or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience building software or tooling that supports documentation, data, or AI workflows
  • Proficient coding skills in Python; familiarity with containerization and REST APIs
  • Familiarity with NLP/LLM techniques (clustering, fine-tuning, few-shot learning) and AI-based content QA
  • Solid understanding of data analytics methods (descriptive through prescriptive)
  • Experience with modern AI development tools and timely engineering for workflow acceleration

Responsibilities

  • Build and deploy automation to improve documentation accuracy, defect detection, and repair workflows
  • Develop internal tools and pipelines that leverage AI, NLP, and LLM technologies to modernize how support content is authored and maintained
  • Partner with Tech Writers, Support Engineers, and AI teams to streamline publishing and QA across thousands of customer-facing assets
  • Analyze large volumes of customer and documentation data to identify patterns, address critical issues, and continuously enhance triage quality
  • Build Docker/Kubernetes containerized microservices with REST APIs to improve scalability of documentation and support systems
