Candidates need 2+ years successfully growing profitable sales in the foodservice industry, preferably 5+ years foodservice sales experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to derive insights. A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred, along with High School education required.
The role manages the performance and development of Sales Consultants within the district, including one-on-one coaching with 3-5 work-withs per week and leading Friday district meetings.
Strong candidates have 5+ years foodservice sales experience, proven success growing profitable sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and experience coaching sales teams using tools like CRM and processes such as CMP and QPP.
