Ability to uphold department’s ISO certification requirements through continuous process improvement and monitoring of metrics

Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of the dubbing process, from pre-production to final delivery
Create and manage project timelines, budgets, payments, and resource allocation
Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and expectations
Collaborate with global dubbing vendors, dubbing studios, and Disney regional offices to ensure timely and accurate deliverables
Build and maintain relationships with Disney business team in each region, regional operation offices, dub studios and global dubbing vendors
Ensure dubbing projects meet linguistic, cultural, and technical quality standards
Ensure dub quality meets Disney quality standards
Monitor vendor spent from project start to finish to stay on budget
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
Provide regular status updates, manage feedback loops, and address concerns promptly
Coordinate with internal teams, including Technology, Engineering, Planning, Mastering, Servicing, Total Quality Management, Programming to streamline workflows
Ensure the timely and accurate completion of Assignment of Rights
Monitor vendor performance to ensure milestones are met
Identify potential project risks and implement contingency plans
Troubleshoot and manage rejection from clients and streaming platforms, perform root cause analysis, fix the reported issue, and oversee redelivery
