High School Diploma/GED required
Ability to read, write, and communicate in basic English
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with subordinates, management, and cross-functional teams
Must pass the forklift written test and driver test given by the company
Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 50 pounds using arms, back, abdominal muscles, shoulders, legs, or a combination
Basic math skills and fluency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, electric and manual floor jacks) and follow company safety rules and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
Previous work experience in a manufacturing warehouse and/or distribution environment (preferred)
Previous experience and/or knowledge of Blue Yonder (preferred)

Complete all shipment transactions into Blue Yonder in a timely manner
Use other associated programs as needed (IMI, Oracle, E2 Open, Google Docs)
Respond to carrier requests (via phone or electronically) for shipment tracking and/or tracing and communicate any delays to order originators
Compile data for management analysis on an as-needed basis (audits)
Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies via research in Blue Yonder
Maintain files for shipping and receiving daily
Prepare necessary backorder and/or other communications to internal and external customers on an as-needed basis (order status, timing, etc.)
May perform kitting, labeling, or other duties prior to shipping products, as necessary
Prepare necessary documents for shipping and receiving goods
Ability to prioritize and organize workloads
Demonstrate initiative, dependability, and ability to work well with others or individually on tasks
Demonstrate and promote a solution-based positive attitude in meeting goals and objectives
Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained with an eye for detail
Promote and ensure a safe work environment
Ability to schedule shipments
Other duties as defined by leadership
Deliver quality products and services through adherence to company standards and operating procedures
Stay on task, performing essential job duties, with an elevated level of accuracy
