Requirements
- Expertise in decomposing product architecture into components and modules, defining architectural specifications, and applying appropriate architectural patterns
- Ability to define architecture blueprints for components within a product/solution
- Proficiency in analyzing system performance for non-functional requirements (reliability, operability, performance efficiency, security)
- Experience conducting root cause analysis (RCA) and root cause corrective action (RCCA)
- Skills in tracking, prioritizing, and resolving product/solution issues
- Capability to measure usability post-defect fixing and test gap resolution
- Knowledge of analyzing issues and planning steps for reconfiguration, integration, removal, or addition of application components to enhance functionality, usability, and security
- Ability to analyze requirements/updates/modifications for alignment with business objectives and priorities
- Experience articulating solution impacts on business and mediating conflicting stakeholder requirements
- Proficiency in guiding teams to assess feasibility of new requirements and prioritizing for Minimum Viable Product (MVP)
- Skills in proactively identifying product enhancements, new features, and updates based on customer feedback
- Experience contributing to user stories for complex requirements in agile methodology
- Ability to create simple, modular, extensible, and functional designs for multiple products/solutions
- Expertise in understanding customer requirements, analyzing architecture gaps, and finalizing tech stacks (e.g., MEAN, LAMP)
- Proficiency in creating detailed designs using mock screens, pseudo codes, and functional logic
- Experience reviewing MVPs for risks, performance, and usability
- Knowledge of driving design for software, production/preproduction environments, and deployment pipelines for telemetry
- Ability to develop entry/exit/acceptance criteria for testing phases and recommend Test Strategy improvements
- Skills in ensuring test cases cover functionality, performance, security, integration, data migration, and accessibility
- Experience driving test case execution, defect detection, and process improvements
- Capability to support stakeholders in adhering to performance metrics across projects
Responsibilities
- Assist in decomposing product architecture into components/modules and define architectural specifications
- Apply architectural patterns to modules per the architectural plan
- Define architecture blueprints for product/solution components
- Analyze system performance for non-functional requirements
- Conduct RCA and RCCA to identify and prevent defect/performance issue recurrence
- Track and prioritize registered issues for resolution
- Measure product/solution usability per customer/business requirements after fixes
- Analyze issues and plan steps (reconfiguration, integration, etc.) to enhance functionality, usability, and security
- Analyze requirements/updates for business alignment and articulate solution impacts
- Mediate conflicting stakeholder requirements and guide feasibility assessments
- Prioritize requirements to drive MVP creation
- Proactively identify enhancements, features, and updates based on feedback
- Contribute to user stories for complex agile requirements
- Create simple, modular, extensible designs for products/solutions
- Analyze gaps between existing architecture and customer requirements
- Create detailed designs (mock screens, pseudo codes, functional logic) for entire products
- Finalize tech stacks based on business needs
- Review MVPs for risks, performance, and usability; guide team during creation
