Requirements

  • Expertise in decomposing product architecture into components and modules, defining architectural specifications, and applying appropriate architectural patterns

  • Experience reviewing MVPs for risks, performance, and usability
  • Knowledge of driving design for software, production/preproduction environments, and deployment pipelines for telemetry
  • Ability to develop entry/exit/acceptance criteria for testing phases and recommend Test Strategy improvements
  • Skills in ensuring test cases cover functionality, performance, security, integration, data migration, and accessibility
  • Experience driving test case execution, defect detection, and process improvements
  • Capability to support stakeholders in adhering to performance metrics across projects

Responsibilities

  • Conduct RCA and RCCA to identify and prevent defect/performance issue recurrence
  • Track and prioritize registered issues for resolution
  • Measure product/solution usability per customer/business requirements after fixes
  • Analyze issues and plan steps (reconfiguration, integration, etc.) to enhance functionality, usability, and security
  • Analyze requirements/updates for business alignment and articulate solution impacts
  • Mediate conflicting stakeholder requirements and guide feasibility assessments
  • Prioritize requirements to drive MVP creation
  • Proactively identify enhancements, features, and updates based on feedback
  • Contribute to user stories for complex agile requirements
  • Create simple, modular, extensible designs for products/solutions
  • Analyze gaps between existing architecture and customer requirements
