Requirements

Responsibilities

The Director of Supplier Industrialization and Development will provide leadership across Zoox and its supply base to ensure world-class quality of products and services. They will lead a team of Supplier Quality Engineers to develop and execute strategies for a robust quality system and drive continuous improvements. Responsibilities include collaborating with various departments to manage suppliers, architecting the supplier industrialization strategy, establishing metrics to measure supplier quality, and mentoring the Supplier Quality organization. The role also involves engaging with C-Suite executives and managing the supplier assessment and qualification process.
