Ability to oversee and manage daily operations and collaboration with SP network providers and PSP-HUB
Leadership in coordinating field teams (Sales, Field Reimbursement Managers, Regional Marketing Directors) with specialty and patient support resources
Expertise in documenting, evaluating, investigating, and resolving escalations timely
Knowledge of Patient Assistance Program (PAP) and 340B Program to support field teams

Responsibilities

Accountable for the development and management of the field escalation program/process to assure collaboration and communication between field teams, Trade & Distribution, Specialty Pharmacy, Patient Support team, and external partners
Collaborate with the development, revision, and execution of specialty pharmacy and Patient Support Program - HUB programs/services designed to facilitate the initiation and maintenance of patient therapy treatment
Support the supervision of the day-to-day SP and PSP-HUB operations to ensure appropriate support across key customer interactions including HCPs/Office Staff, Patients/Caregivers, and Vera Field teams
Provide “valuable” field insights in the creation/revision of marketing materials (Patient Referral Form, Welcome Kit, HCP Office Resource Guide, etc.) to support patient therapy access, HCP adoption of Vera products, and field force training
Collaborate in the development of tools and processes to educate and inform key Vera internal and external stakeholders including data, dashboards, and stakeholder presentations
Work with sales personnel, HCPs, SP, and HUB partners to monitor ongoing performance of the programs and identify revision requirements based upon “real time” data and issues
