The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of fashion, design, and lifestyle trends, proficient industrial design skills including drawing/sketching and color theory, digital competence in Adobe CC, and strong communication and presentation skills.
You will report directly to the Sr. Director of Energy Sportswear Design, lead a small design team, and partner closely with design, product management, global merchandising, brand marketing, development counterparts, and the extended energy design team.
You will lead a small and nimble design team focused on external collaborators, with a team-first approach to craft strong team culture and connectivity, managing designers with varied strengths.
A strong candidate is an authority in apparel design with high taste, passion for excellence, storytelling and innovation skills, tenacity to solve problems, and ability to inspire teams while driving business initiatives through narrative.
