Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required, an advanced degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; 8+ years of progressive management experience with proven leadership in complex organizational settings; National Title and Escrow experience a plus, and experience with new construction is a plus; demonstrated ability to create and execute strategic plans and deliver measurable results; strong track record of operational excellence and process improvements; skilled communicator capable of engaging across all organizational levels; customer-focused problem solver who aligns solutions to client needs; proven ability to lead through complexity with responsible resource allocation and prioritization; broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures within the field and ability to apply them to complex projects; proficiency with tools, systems, and infrastructure supporting departmental operations; experience leading geographically distributed teams and implementing scalable solutions across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic oversight across multiple areas of escrow and title operations and guide divisional goals; establish and implement departmental goals, objectives, and performance standards while applying policies and procedures in line with regulatory guidelines; partner with leaders to organize, prioritize, and execute operational initiatives; drive divisional performance through collaboration, process improvement, and best practices; lead recruitment, training, and professional development to build strong teams and maintain productivity and morale; ensure delivery of measurable results by executing objectives and key results (OKRs) with clear accountability.
