Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, with an MBA or Ph.D. being preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in product marketing, field sales, or market analytics within the medical diagnostics, biotech, pharmaceutical, or related industries is required. Prior background in oncology and/or genomics is strongly preferred, and experience with oncology GPO liaison is highly desirable. Demonstrated strategic agility, strong executive presence, effective collaboration skills, a customer-centric focus, and the ability to communicate complex concepts simply are essential.

Responsibilities

The Director will develop and drive key account and regional marketing initiatives for Natera's oncology portfolio, focusing on independent oncology networks, GPOs, MSOs, and IDNs. This role involves leading a team of Regional Marketing Managers to execute regional marketing strategies, enhance market penetration, and engage healthcare providers. Responsibilities include defining value propositions for key account partnerships, developing tailored account-based marketing plans, monitoring product performance, managing marketing collateral for key accounts, and presenting strategies and outcomes to executive leadership.
