Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in an inpatient mental health setting and at least 2 years of experience in a Community Care Licensing community program. A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is required, with a Master of Arts or Master of Science, CPRP, and/or Community Care Licensing Administrator’s license being preferred. Expertise in psychosocial rehabilitation principles, recovery-based principles, evidence-based practices, and current best practices is essential, along with knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements and accreditation standards. The role requires 75% travel throughout California and is a full-time, hybrid position.
The Director of Program Services will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, regulations, and accreditation standards for all programs. This role involves meeting all respective reporting requirements for the overall programs.
