Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Identity and Access Management is required, with at least 5 years specifically focused on leading Privileged Access Management (PAM) programs. Experience in a product management or ownership role is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Director of Privileged Access Management will define and execute the PAM strategy, overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of PAM technologies and ensuring the secure management of privileged accounts. This role involves leading a team of PAM professionals, guiding the selection and implementation of PAM solutions, and defining requirements for privileged access controls. Responsibilities also include developing enterprise-wide PAM policies, assessing risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
