Requirements

  • Deep technical expertise in Adobe Workfront and Adobe Workfront Fusion
  • Knowledge of varying industry trends, business process automation best practices, and marketing technologies
  • Desire to continually learn, improve, and apply subject matter expertise to client needs and sales situations
  • Strong understanding of broader data and marketing technologies to design scalable architectures and strategies for platform implementations and launches
  • Ability to serve as a trusted advisor to clients and platform partners
  • Experience ensuring seamless transition from pre-sales to delivery teams
  • Capability to partner with client service and business development teams to identify and expand account opportunities
  • Skills to oversee delivery teams as necessary to meet client objectives
  • Experience supporting partnerships with Adobe and other platforms to foster innovation, drive product adoption, achieve certifications, and influence product roadmaps
  • Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices (acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, password security)
  • Identify, assess, and report security risks impacting confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
  • Understand and evaluate data storage, processing, and transmission for compliance with data privacy standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a platform expert with a focus on Adobe Workfront and Adobe Workfront Fusion
  • Maintain subject matter expertise as platforms and tools evolve
  • Stay on top of industry trends and demonstrate ability and willingness to learn about and speak to a variety of platforms
  • Identify and build out packaged offerings and/or accelerators to assist in sales and create efficiencies leading to strong customer value realization and/or optimizations
  • Collaborate with platform partners on product roadmap advisory, feature exploration and development, and integration solutions and approaches
