Candidates must possess a minimum of six years of experience as a developer, preferably full-stack, with familiarity with API methodology and usage, and a strong understanding of JavaScript/Node.js, API tools like Postman and App Builder, HTML/CSS, and React. Knowledge of Python is a plus, as is experience with low-code connectors such as PowerAutomate and Zapier, and familiarity with ML frameworks like Pytorch and Hugging Face Accelerator. Experience with distributed cloud compute technologies like K8s and Slurm is also required.
As the Director of AI/ML Customer Engineering, you will be responsible for understanding customer pain points and translating them into technical solutions, ideating and designing product and workflow prototypes, working across internal research and engineering teams to build prototypes using existing and new technologies, utilizing new technologies like Adobe Firefly Services and Creative Cloud technologies to deliver practical customer solutions, scripting and recording technical demo videos, presenting product demos to various audiences, and fostering a great team culture while producing insights and prototypes.
