Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead, shape, and execute regional Medical Affairs strategy across Middle East, Africa, India, and Southeast Asia, aligned with global direction and regional marketing plans
  • Ensure balanced, compliant, and scientifically robust execution of clinical, medical, and scientific activities supporting Radiometer’s portfolio
  • Develop regional medical plans, support customer education, identify investigational research sites, and act as scientific resource for Commercial & Medical Affairs teams
  • Oversee interactions with Key External Experts (KEEs) and manage local off-label information requests with strict compliance
  • Enable clinical adoption and optimized utilization of Blood Gas and Immunoassay portfolio in POCT and central laboratory settings
  • Partner with healthcare professionals on clinical decision-making, patient workflow optimization, and integration of diagnostic technologies into critical care pathways
  • Build and maintain expertise in technologies and deliver educational programs, scientific presentations, and product training
  • Ensure timely communication with internal partners (Medical Advisors, Medical Information, Marketing, Sales) and execute regional scientific communication plans
  • Establish and sustain partnerships with KOLs, clinical investigators, and key decision makers; collaborate to identify unmet needs
  • Capture and synthesize field insights to inform product development, evidence strategies, and decision-making
  • Serve as interface between medical community and internal teams, guiding Clinical Decision Support initiatives; contribute to training and capability-building
  • Understand competitive landscape, clinical influencers, biomarkers, diagnostic pathways; shape patient-care journeys and workflows; monitor market drivers
  • Represent Radiometer at medical congresses, advisory boards, and events; support symposia and advisory sessions
  • Uphold regulatory, ethical, and compliance standards; contribute to CRM documentation; respond to unsolicited medical information requests
