Requirements

  • Proven success leading a sales team, with 3+ years of sales management experience
  • 10+ years of successful solution sales experience in cybersecurity software and/or infrastructure products
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding booking and revenue targets
  • Located in the UK or Spain (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of senior sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and creating career-making experiences for direct reports
  • Provide day-to-day personnel management, including coaching, performance management, and professional development
  • Drive team accountability through effective territory planning, account planning, forecasting, and quota management
  • Develop and execute comprehensive regional strategies to accelerate Cloud Security revenue growth
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through strategic prospecting and account development
  • Scope, negotiate, and close agreements that exceed booking and revenue quota targets
  • Apply MEDDPICC sales methodology to qualify opportunities and drive predictable results
  • Target and gain access to decision makers in key prospect accounts across assigned territory
  • Position CrowdStrike's Cloud Security portfolio effectively against competitors
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations that articulate unique value proposition
  • Manage short-term, mid-term, and long-term opportunity development
  • Collaborate with peers across functions (Field Sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, Services, Customer Support, and Product Development)
  • Create visibility with target accounts and drive engagement at both individual contributor and executive levels
  • Maintain accurate prospect information using Salesforce.com/CLARI and other data analytics tools
  • Work strategically with partner ecosystem to leverage their established account presence and relationships
  • Develop joint go-to-market strategies with key partners to accelerate market penetration
