Requirements

Proven success leading a sales team, with 3+ years of sales management experience
10+ years of successful solution sales experience in cybersecurity software and/or infrastructure products
Demonstrated history of exceeding booking and revenue targets
Located in the UK or Spain (preferred)

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of senior sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and creating career-making experiences for direct reports
Provide day-to-day personnel management, including coaching, performance management, and professional development
Drive team accountability through effective territory planning, account planning, forecasting, and quota management
Develop and execute comprehensive regional strategies to accelerate Cloud Security revenue growth
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through strategic prospecting and account development
Scope, negotiate, and close agreements that exceed booking and revenue quota targets
Apply MEDDPICC sales methodology to qualify opportunities and drive predictable results
Target and gain access to decision makers in key prospect accounts across assigned territory
Position CrowdStrike's Cloud Security portfolio effectively against competitors
Deliver compelling sales presentations that articulate unique value proposition
Manage short-term, mid-term, and long-term opportunity development
Collaborate with peers across functions (Field Sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, Services, Customer Support, and Product Development)
Create visibility with target accounts and drive engagement at both individual contributor and executive levels
Maintain accurate prospect information using Salesforce.com/CLARI and other data analytics tools
Work strategically with partner ecosystem to leverage their established account presence and relationships
Develop joint go-to-market strategies with key partners to accelerate market penetration
