At least 10 years of PR/Comms experience (healthcare experience required, agency experience beneficial)

Responsibilities

Define, develop, execute and measure impactful comms strategies and programs that support China Commercial and Corporate Reputation objectives
Identify and successfully secure proactive, positive media coverage of Alcon China’s business priorities, communications narratives and programs, in addition to managing Alcon China corporate digital channels
Serve as the trusted communications advisor to the organization’s most senior executives, including the Alcon President of China, shaping messaging that reflects strategic priorities and personal leadership styles
Lead local executive visibility initiatives, including keynote preparation, media interviews and high-impact stakeholder engagements (internal and external)
Lead issues and/or crisis response locally, ensuring the right stakeholders are briefed and aligned on communications strategy and materials
Manage third-party suppliers, including agency partners
