  • Proficiency in developing business cases with strong quantitative and qualitative benefits
  • Capability to represent EP/Neuro on Digital Council, oversee technology ecosystems, connect projects, and share best practices
  • Skills in developing and maintaining relationships with strategic industry associations and thought leaders for benchmarking and improvement
  • Experience collaborating with external partners for reporting development and execution
  • Knowledge in creating and maturing advanced data analytics and AI capabilities for E2E Supply Chain
  • Ability to develop and implement innovative insights, business analytics tools, and process automation
  • Experience partnering with manufacturing plant leadership to accelerate Industry 4.0 business cases

Responsibilities

  • Develop, evaluate, and execute EP/Neuro Supply Chain (SC) Digital Strategy and manage the digital portfolio
  • Capture all data needs across E2E Supply Chain in partnership with E2E Functions
  • Lead business SMEs to analyze the end-to-end value chain, identify digital business improvements and external customer opportunities, and break them down for digital solutions
  • Develop business cases justifying investments with quantitative and qualitative benefits
  • Lead and represent EP/Neuro on the Digital Council to shape capabilities, oversee technology ecosystems, connect projects, and leverage best practices
  • Develop and maintain relationships with strategic industry associations and thought leaders; benchmark capabilities and identify improvements
  • Collaborate with external partners to supplement business needs for reporting and execution
  • Create and mature advanced data analytics and AI capabilities for E2E Supply Chain with IT and global/regional functions
  • Develop and implement innovative insights and business analytics tools for opportunity detection and performance
  • Implement process automation across functions to improve productivity, service, and operations
  • Collaborate with manufacturing plant leadership to drive Industry 4.0 business cases
