Requirements

Experience in strategic growth and management of customer accounts in medical communications or related field
Ability to lead teams to achieve strong customer relationships, growth targets, and high-quality programme delivery
Expertise in developing and upskilling Account Management teams through Account Plans, strategic programme development, and client relationships
Capability to deputize for the Head of Site Engagement and Medical Affairs Training Practice
Strong financial acumen for managing portfolio performance, forecasting, revenue, profitability, and pricing initiatives
Proficiency in collaborating with business development teams, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional groups
Skills in identifying cross-sell opportunities and integrating services across IQVIA divisions

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Head of Site Engagement and Medical Affairs Training Practice to shape and execute Practice Area strategy, including new solution development, stakeholder engagement, core initiatives, and performance reporting
Deputize for the Head of Site Engagement and Medical Affairs Training Practice when necessary
Take responsibility for financial performance of account portfolio, including achieving growth, revenue, profitability targets, and accurate forecasting
Collaborate with Account Management Team to design and implement Account Growth Plans for organic expansion and net new business
Cultivate partnerships with IQVIA business development teams to integrate IMC growth goals into broader account plans and client engagements
Maintain overview of IMC work across accounts, identify cross-sell opportunities with Heads of Practice and Account Management team
Lead strategic pricing initiatives, ensuring IMC services inclusion in IQVIA pricing tools and core solutions
Serve as strategic client/sponsor partner, cultivating senior-level relationships (including procurement) to uncover opportunities and accelerate growth
Increase portfolio revenue by identifying and leading high-impact business development opportunities
