Requirements

Thorough experience in Engineering and Agile practices
Stakeholder management experience
Fullstack Engineer with technical knowledge of AWS Cloud, Application Development using Java/J2EE, and Blockchain related technologies
Knowledge of CI/CD processes (advantage)
Significant experience working with large multifunctional teams
Strong organizational skills
Experience preferably in the Asset Management domain
Strong hands-on experience in key initiatives and green-field Engineering projects
Strong understanding of Engineering Practices like Code Review, Branching Patterns, etc
Global Stakeholder management and Strong Communication skills
Mentoring and Coaching skills

Responsibilities

Partner closely with Fidelity Digital Asset Management Technology teams and broader Asset Management technology teams to contribute to the Digital Asset Management platform for Tokenization and Crypto Products
Enforce Engineering practices with all team members globally
Contribute to Deliveries and Releases of the Digital Asset Management platform and related components on AWS Cloud
Work with Global Stakeholders and ensure effective deliveries by the India team
Communicate effectively with other AMTech Application teams and ensure adoption of IT Blueprint for applications with upstream and downstream dependencies
Work in partnership with AM Architecture and Engineering teams to design and build end-to-end solutions for Digital Asset Management platform on AWS Cloud
Partner with key team members and AM teams to provide strategic direction for multi-year product roadmap and organizational initiatives
Encourage positive and lasting change, challenge status quo, and foster an ethical work environment
Put firm’s interest ahead, speak mind respectfully, take smart risks, coach others, empower decision making, and own outcomes
Influence others to advance product, delivery, and technical practices including CI/CD and automated testing across teams and organization

Manage, develop, and empower associates within the Chapter for career growth and increased value delivery
Demonstrate passion for software development and asset management domain, drive innovation for business value through scale, efficiency, growth, and performance
