Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth research to understand customer behavior, preferences, and decision-making processes

Work closely with product teams to integrate behavioral insights into the design and development of financial products
Develop and test behavioral interventions to improve customer engagement and help customers act on their financial intentions
Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Stay updated with the latest research in behavioral economics and psychology, and share insights with the team
Translate research results through powerful storytelling and concrete, actionable recommendations to business partners at all levels of the organization
