  • Drive Rapid Execution: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle—from discovery to launch—ensuring delivery of high-quality, impactful marketplace experiences in a fast-paced environment
  • Lead & Develop Team: Manage and mentor product managers, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and accountability
  • Ecosystem Thinking: Understand and optimize complex ecosystems, balancing the incentives and needs of customers, partners, and the business
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with other product teams, engineering, design, data, marketing, and business development to align roadmaps and deliver seamless customer experiences
  • Growth & Impact: Use data and experimentation to drive adoption, engagement, and monetization within the marketplace
