Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (or High School +13 years; Associate +9; MS +5; +2 PhD), and 5 years of relevant experience. Fluency in reading, writing, and communicating in English is required, along with preferred qualifications such as a Master’s or advanced degree in a related field and one or more Industry certifications like Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information System Auditor (CISA), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Controls (CRISC), Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).

Responsibilities

As a Digital Security and Operations Associate, you will participate in customer engagements to ensure product security and privacy requirements are addressed, coordinate responses to customer inquiries regarding product security and privacy controls, support product security incident and vulnerability response, design processes to demonstrate and facilitate internal resolution of customer concerns, and serve as a customer advocate resource for control enhancements across Alcon’s digital health products and services. You will also stay current with emerging digital security and privacy technologies, and support the function’s liaison to customers during threat disclosure and breach notifications, adhering to Alcon’s policies and guidance from various functions.
