Candidates must possess a minimum of ten years of experience, and may alternatively hold an Associate’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with relevant coursework, or an eight-year experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or six years with a Master’s degree, or four years with a Doctorate’s degree, all focusing on foundational computer science areas such as algorithms, computer architecture, programming methodologies, data structures, logic and computation, and advanced mathematics. United States citizenship and an appropriate security clearance (e.g., Active TS/SCI with agency-appropriate polygraph) are also required.
The Digital Network Exploitation Analyst will utilize computer network defense resources, including intrusion detection system alerts, firewall logs, and host system logs, to identify, analyze, and report events within the environment. They will monitor for potential threats, develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks, and provide advisory services to management regarding HR-related compliance matters.
