Requirements
Candidates should possess previous consulting experience delivering strategies and solutions for transformational change in areas such as service design, organizational transformation, workforce planning, health planning and infrastructure strategy, digital transformations including Electronic Health Record strategy, and government and public sector data analytics. Experience in health & social care strategy and large programme management/delivery is also required.
Responsibilities
The Digital Health Manager will be involved in developing and delivering large-scale infrastructure, service improvement, operational, and digital transformation programmes, including digital health initiatives. They will work closely with clients to design/improve and execute their strategies, develop work plans for engagements, manage junior teams, perform analysis to determine client needs and recommendations, develop high-quality documentation, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and contribute to the growth of the Health & Social Care practice through networking and supporting new business proposals.
