Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree holder
  • Experience working across content management systems and content delivery workflows
  • Familiarity with digital tools, platforms and technologies used in content creation and distribution
  • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound proofreading skills, specifically for grammar and style
  • Self-motivated with excellent organisational and time management skills to track productivity and ensure deadlines are met, with minimal supervision
  • Flexible and adaptable

  • Ability to identify, report and explain technical issues as necessary
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word / Excel

Responsibilities

  • Manage, format, organise content within a CMS (content management system)
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders to deliver content within specified timeframes and to high standards
  • Perform quality control to ensure accuracy, consistency and positive customer experience
  • Manage and prioritise work, guided by strict deadlines
  • Support of other production/content related activities as needed, which could include product or feature enhancements
  • Creation of new content in CMS
