Requirements

  • Proven expertise in digital content management, mapping, writing, and editing—ideally within the Manufacturing sector
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is highly beneficial
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in cross-functional and international environments
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and project tracking abilities
  • Strong understanding of modern Content Management Systems and publishing workflows (CMS knowledge)

Responsibilities

  • Digital Content Management: Review existing web content across .com, PDFs, and other sources, and propose improvements for structure, clarity, and user engagement
  • Understand new website page templates and recommend content readiness strategies
  • Write small elements of new content to complement existing material, adhering to ABB’s tone of voice and style guide
  • CMS Knowledge: Demonstrate strong understanding of modern CMS and publishing workflows; apply best practices in content publishing and management; experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a plus
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the central point of contact for content discussions with ABB; collaborate with divisions and technical teams to align on content structure and presentation; build consensus on pilot page content and layout
