Experienced leadership in a multi-faceted clinical environment
Technical proficiency in dialysis department operations
Knowledge of industry practices, business principles, ESRD regulatory requirements, and FMS QAI tools
Ability to manage tactical execution of short- and long-term objectives

Responsibilities

Manage tactical execution of short- and long-term objectives through coordination of activities and responsibility for results
Provide leadership, coaching, and development plans for direct reports
Demonstrate technical proficiency in the department and knowledge of industry practices and business principles
Support and drive FMS quality standards by meeting ESRD regulatory requirements and utilizing FMS QAI tools
Address and act on adverse events and action thresholds
Oversee facility’s Home Therapies Program (if applicable)
Ensure accountability for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
Ensure all FMS Clinical Quality policies and procedures are communicated and implemented
Maintain integrity of medical records and other FMS administrative and operational records
Comply with data collections and auditing activities
Maintain facility environmental integrity, including safety
Follow processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for solutions
Interpret and recommend changes to policies and establish procedures affecting immediate organizations
