Registered Nurse (RN) license
Current licensures/certifications for relevant staff (implied management of)
Knowledge of dialysis treatment, patient care for end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease
Leadership and management experience in clinical operations

Responsibilities

Manages clinic operations, including costs, processes, staffing, and quality standards
Provides leadership, coaching, and development plans for direct reports
Partners with internal Human Resources, Quality, and Technical Services departments
Collaborates with or functions as the Home Therapies Program Manager
Maintains integrity of medical and operations records and complies with data collections and auditing
Accountable for Annual Standing Order Review and Internal Classification of Disease (ICD) coding
Manages clinic financials, including supply/equipment utilization and profit/loss reviews
Responsible for network reporting and on-site state/federal surveys
Coordinates all aspects of patient care from admission through discharge
Ensures patient education on quality measures, transplant options, modality awareness, and access care
Acts as a resource for patients and families
Accountable for timely completion of patient care assessments and care plans
Manages patient schedules for facility efficiency and develops action plans for missed treatments
Plans, coordinates, and validates patient eligibility for treatment
Reports changes in patient status related to clinical, insurance, travel, or transportation issues
Participates in selection and hiring of new team members and ensures orientation and mandatory trainings
Ensures all patient care employees complete training courses and maintain current licensures/certifications
Provides support for clinical staff and encourages professional growth
Maintains current knowledge of company benefits, policies, and procedures
