Requirements

  • 3 years in a similar DevOps/Platform/SRE role
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar
  • Experience configuring automated build, test, and release systems
  • Experience administering online collaboration and issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or Git platforms)

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage CI/CD pipelines and the underlying infrastructure that power our software delivery
  • Maintain and evolve build pipelines, tooling, and platform components to improve product quality and team efficiency
  • Manage local/cloud infrastructure and partner with development teams to deliver internal and external applications
  • Be a liaison between development and support teams, and external partners to mature delivery practices (e.g., release orchestration, security testing, change management)
  • Provide estimates, surface risks, and contribute ideas following team processes and standards
  • Participate in backlog refinement, planning, and technical discussions (scope, acceptance criteria)
  • Research, and advocate for technologies and practices that can be reused across teams and projects
  • Follow and help refine engineering standards, SDLC processes, and compliance practices across the organization
