Position Overview

The Neuroflow Platform Engineering team is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with expertise in AWS, Terraform, and CI/CD to join our staff. This role will involve developing Terraform modules, deploying containers in Elastic Container Service (ECS), managing service updates, and handling small-scope feature requests within AWS. While you will have a dedicated partner, we encourage independent problem-solving and solution proposal.

Requirements

  • AWS Expertise: High level of expertise with AWS products and their deployment via Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC). Ideally, 5+ years of daily experience with cloud architecture and IaC.
  • Database & Serverless: Experience with RDS and Serverless deployments such as AWS Lambda.
  • Terraform Proficiency: Thorough understanding of HashiCorp Terraform implementation, deployment principles, and methodology.
  • CI/CD Familiarity: Confidence working with CI/CD pipeline tooling and concepts. Experience with GitLab Pipelines and GitHub Actions is preferred, but familiarity with tools like Travis, Circle, or JenkinsPipeline is transferable.
  • Containerization: Strong understanding of container deployment platforms. ECS on Fargate is ideal, but experience with Kubernetes+Helm or HashiCorp Nomad is also valuable.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with Terraform module updates, refactors, and bug fixes.
  • Develop CI/CD pipelines for upcoming platform features.
  • Perform performance tuning on existing build pipelines.
  • Conduct performance tuning and evaluation for RDS and Lambda.
  • Migrate Docker-on-EC2 services to ECS Fargate clusters.
  • Upgrade development tooling within ECS to current releases.

About NeuroFlow

Who We Are

NeuroFlow was founded by CEO and West Point graduate Christopher Molaro, who, after serving in the army, recognized significant gaps in the behavioral health system. He observed the barriers veterans and civilians face in accessing appropriate and timely care. While pursuing his MBA at Wharton, he met co-founder Adam Pardes. They realized that truly changing the problem required integrating behavioral health systematically into the entire healthcare ecosystem, leading to the creation of NeuroFlow.

What We Do

NeuroFlow partners with healthcare leaders to improve outcomes, reduce the total cost of care, and enhance the predictability and transparency of behavioral health risks. Our mission is to ensure that no one needing behavioral health support is overlooked. We develop engaging digital health tools for self-care, platforms that identify behavioral health risks early in populations, connect individuals with acuity-specific resources, and empower care teams with data for more efficient decision-making. NeuroFlow provides healthcare organizations with the insights needed to address systemic challenges in the current healthcare landscape.

How We Do It

NeuroFlow fosters an award-winning culture that encourages ambition and excellence. Our core values are integral to our operations, and each team member is accountable for upholding them. We thrive on flexibility and agility, transforming an industry often characterized by resistance to change. NeuroFlow offers unique opportunities to work in a dynamic, challenging, and fun environment, making a direct and meaningful impact on bridging the gap between mental and physical health.

What We Believe

NeuroFlow is a proud equal opportunity employer. We are dedicated to addressing the mental health crisis in America, and we believe that achieving this goal requires a diversity of voices, experiences, and perspectives. As an equal opportunity employer, we prohibit any unlawful discrimination.
