Requirements

  • Ingénieur·e logiciel expérimenté·e (environ 6 ans d’expérience ou plus)
  • Pensée systémique et capacités de conception architecturale
  • État d’esprit orienté design, privilégiant des solutions simples, élégantes et centrées sur l’utilisateur
  • Maîtrise de Python (pour la logique des agents) et/ou TypeScript/Node.js (pour la logique métier) – un vrai atout
  • Capacité à concevoir des systèmes évolutifs, observables et fiables
  • Optimiste de l’IA, curieux·se et enthousiaste à l’idée d’utiliser de nouvelles technologies
  • Parler français (ou compréhension du français) – un fort atout

Responsibilities

  • Concevoir et implémenter des systèmes d’agents qui soutiennent les workflows clés de la plateforme, avec une expérience utilisateur IA centrée sur la productivité et la clarté
  • Livrer du code évolutif, fiable et maintenable, permettant des itérations rapides au sein des équipes produit
  • Assurer l’observabilité et l’excellence opérationnelle grâce à la journalisation, la mesure et l’alerte, afin d’améliorer la résilience des systèmes et réduire les temps d’arrêt
  • Contribuer aux décisions d’architecture via les ADRs (Architecture Decision Records), en favorisant l’alignement et la compréhension partagée au sein de l’équipe d’ingénierie
  • Pratiquer la livraison continue, en expédiant régulièrement de petites modifications prêtes pour la production, grâce aux feature flags et aux tests automatisés
  • Collaborer de manière transversale avec les équipes Business, Design et Dev pour comprendre les besoins utilisateurs et les traduire en impact technique
  • Identifier et agir sur la dette technique et les opportunités de simplification
