The role requires 8+ years of experience, including an extensive background in Quantum Information Science with 5 years specifically in the Quantum Computing industry, and meaningful experience in a technical leadership role. World-class communication skills are essential for articulating value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences. Hands-on experience in scientific computing, high-performance computing, applied machine learning, or deep learning, along with a background in software development (especially scientific software development), are considered advantageous.
The Developer Relations Manager will define and lead strategic partnerships and collaborations with universities and academic research groups, driving SDK adoption and evangelizing the NVIDIA quantum computing platform. This role involves engaging directly with developers and customers by participating in the ecosystem, attending conferences, holding meetups, and building influencer networks. Responsibilities include championing the quantum computing landscape, understanding customer needs and mapping them to NVIDIA's tools and SDKs, and communicating feedback to product teams. Additionally, the manager will discover high-impact problems NVIDIA can solve, drive early adoption of new products, support launch activities, and host evangelism events such as meetups, hackathons, and lectures.
