Requirements
- ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator)
- ServiceNow Development experience (years based on job level)
- Additional ServiceNow knowledge/micro-certification in at least one of: Customer Service Management (CSM), Playbooks, Flow Designer, UI Builder, Now Assist / AI, Platform Analytics, Predictive Intelligence, Service Portal, Catalog Items, Automated Test Framework (ATF), Test frame design
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications, modules (like CSM, FSO), workflows, and catalog items
- Set up forms, fields, client scripts, business rules, and UI policies
- Build and maintain integrations with other systems and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub
- Write and maintain custom code using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for customization to meet specific business needs
- Manage data imports, exports, transformations, and ensure data integrity
- Maintain data management and reports
- Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot and resolve software flaws, and conduct regression testing
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes
