Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications, modules (like CSM, FSO), workflows, and catalog items, including setting up forms, fields, client scripts, business rules, and UI policies
  • Build and maintain integrations with other systems and third-party applications using tools like REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub
  • Write and maintain custom code using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to meet specific business needs
  • Manage data imports, exports, transformations, and reports while ensuring data integrity
  • Provide technical support to users, identify and resolve software flaws, conduct regression testing, and offer testing support
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes
