Responsibilities

Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications, modules (like CSM, FSO), workflows, and catalog items, including setting up forms, fields, client scripts, business rules, and UI policies
Build and maintain integrations with other systems and third-party applications using tools like REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub
Write and maintain custom code using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to meet specific business needs
Manage data imports, exports, transformations, and reports, ensuring data integrity
Provide technical support to users, identify and resolve software flaws, conduct regression testing, and offer testing support
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes
