Requirements

Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in Developer Advocacy, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Evangelism, preferably within the game industry. Strong technical skills in game development and integration, including experience with Unity, Unreal, backend APIs, and payment systems, are required. The role also demands experience in delivering hands-on technical training, demos, and workshops, excellent problem-solving abilities, a customer-focused mindset, and comfort with public speaking and presenting technical content to diverse audiences. Ability to travel for partner visits, conferences, and training events is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Developer Evangelist will empower game developers to integrate Xsolla's products and features by leading hands-on developer sessions, integration walkthroughs, and partner workshops. They will provide technical guidance, support partners in solving integration challenges, and develop high-quality technical resources such as integration guides, sample code, demo projects, and training sessions. This role involves keeping resources updated, contributing to lighthouse integration cases, and representing Xsolla at industry events through technical presentations and demos. Additionally, the Developer Evangelist will collect and relay developer feedback to Product and Engineering teams, recommend improvements to SDKs, APIs, and documentation, and track/report on integration delivery, resource engagement, and conversion rates.
