Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering with 7+ years of experience in Automotive electrical or Heavy engineering electrical
Excellent analytical skills and ability to perform complex assignments
Self-starter with strong technical leadership skills
Ability to communicate technical information effectively with team members, product groups, customers, and suppliers
Working knowledge of Design for Manufacturability (DFM): Analyzes implementation challenges, documents design process, follows guidelines, implements DFM to standardize designs and reduce costs, utilizes basic DFM tools
Working knowledge of Effective Communications: Delivers helpful feedback, listens to feedback, makes oral presentations and writes reports, avoids technical jargon, considers non-verbal cues

Responsibilities

Design/Develop Electrical Wiring harness for various Genset, Engine or the CAT machine
Contribute to system level architecture, electrical system/subsystem
Contribute to new component development and sub processes
Perform needs electrical analysis and initiate ideas
Evaluate new products, processes, or systems
Communicate results to customers, suppliers, team members, and other business units
Perform product maintenance / Resolve electrical design related issues
Direct and contribute to the concept, development, and design of Electrical Wiring Harness
Partner with and provide technical guidance to local/global teams
Contribute to the planning and delivery of projects
Continually learn and stay abreast of innovative technology
Mentor and coach team members
Broaden professional network
Perform complex electrical integration work, identify design problems, and resolve problems
