  • Comfort in Figma and code, with toolkit including React, TypeScript, MobX, Next, and other tools for best user experiences
  • Bias for action; thrive as a self-starter in a fast-paced environment where you can wear many hats and bring ideas to life
  • Comfort with ambiguity; always learning and growing, able to bring clarity to fast-moving problem spaces
  • A love of music (listening, exploring, making) is a huge plus
  • Eligible to work in the US
  • Ability to work onsite in New York, Boston, or Los Angeles

Responsibilities

  • Take ideas end-to-end from conception to production, driving creation in Figma, novel proofs of concept, or code
  • Strike a balance between proactive ownership and autonomy with a deeply collaborative spirit, working closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and others
  • Hold an incredibly high standard for quality and craft, caring about details like pixel-perfection, microinteractions, and motion design
  • Think in systems and patterns; help establish the design system for consistency and quality across Product Design and Engineering
  • Champion accessibility in products so all users can use the delightful experiences built
