Tempo is a small, early-stage team of crypto-optimists who work primarily in-person, move fast, swing for the fences, and collaborate closely with founders, engineers, and design partners.
Responsibilities include defining and maintaining Tempo’s visual identity and design system, leading design of core product experiences like developer dashboards and onboarding, and creating visual storytelling for marketing and documentation.
A strong candidate is a senior designer comfortable with hands-on work across brand, product UI, and developer interfaces, experienced in systems thinking, and able to collaborate closely in-person with founders, engineers, and partners in a fast-paced early-stage environment.
