Candidates must have 3+ years of hands-on software development or CPQ solution implementation experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent. Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools like JavaScript, Jelly scripting, HTML, CSS, and Glide API is required, along with experience in ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server). Strong scripting abilities for automation and familiarity with CPQ business processes are also essential. Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, communication, collaboration, organizational, and prioritization skills are necessary.
The Demo Engineer will collaborate with CPQ Specialists and Solution Consulting teams to understand customer scenarios and demo requirements. They will architect, design, develop, test, and deploy demo builds and solutions using ServiceNow scripting and APIs, while maintaining and improving demo automation tooling. Responsibilities include reviewing demo code, providing feedback to product teams, creating demo scripts and enablement materials, owning specific demo features, and aligning demo development with product release cycles.
