Requirements

Deep understanding of Quality Assurance and Engineering (QA&E) practices, principles, solutions, frameworks, and continuous testing capabilities
Subject Matter Expertise in quality requirements, with a focus on Lifecycle Automation, Business Centric Testing & Engineering driven assurance, End-User Experience, and Digital Assurance
Strong management skills to coordinate and deliver programs with multi-disciplinary teams and global execution model
Expertise in developing and implementing testing strategies, methodologies, and best practices for GenAI and traditional AI technologies
Ability to implement GenAI solutions to improve testing strategies and plans
Skills in creating detailed test plans, including test scope, objectives, resource planning, and schedules
Proficiency in reviewing and designing test cases, scenarios, and automation scripts to validate data accuracy and integrity
Ability to identify and prioritize critical data issues

Responsibilities

Lead the Delivery Quality & Engineering (DQ&E) team to ensure overall Delivery Quality and successful implementation of AIG's products and features to customers
Ensure collaboration, planning, engagement, and execution with diverse teams including Application Delivery, Business Operations, Technology Support, and Product Management
Develop and implement testing strategies, methodologies, and best practices catered towards GenAI and traditional AI technologies
Implement GenAI solutions to improve testing strategies and plans
Create detailed test plans, including test scope, objectives, resource planning, and schedules
Review and design test cases, scenarios, and automation scripts to validate data accuracy and integrity
Lead a team of skilled testers and execute robust testing plans to maintain high standards of application quality across business processes
Ensure accuracy, reliability of data assets, compliance with regulatory requirements, and adherence to best practices
