Ability to proactively identify, define and solve complex problems impacting business direction, requiring in-depth knowledge of Accenture
Capability to develop and execute strategy to achieve key business objectives
Experience interacting with senior management levels at client and/or Accenture, involving negotiation or influencing on critical matters
Wide latitude in decision making and determination of objectives and approaches to critical assignments
Decisions have major and lasting impact on areas outside own responsibility
Experience managing large complex teams and/or work efforts (even if in individual contributor role) at client or within Accenture
Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Responsibilities

Determine financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, conducting analysis and reconciling transactions
Post journal entries, prepare balance sheet reconciliations, review entries and reconciliations
Prepare cash forecasting statements
Support month end closing
Prepare reports and support audits
Design and implement tools and processes to enable client financial analysis of statements
Assess materiality and volatility of financial statement line items and key metrics using financial ratios to determine company financial health
