Responsibilities

  • Manage Reporting Functions: Oversee the development, accuracy, and distribution of reports across the organization
  • Team Supervision: Lead and mentor reporting analysts, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to deadlines
  • Data Analysis & Interpretation: Provide insights based on reports, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities for business improvement
  • Process Optimization: Streamline reporting processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and executives to understand reporting needs and provide meaningful data insights
  • Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure reports meet industry standards and company guidelines for data accuracy and compliance
  • Software & Tools Utilization: Leverage reporting software (e.g., Power BI, Excel, Tableau) to create visually compelling and user-friendly reports
