Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Information Technology, or a related field, and preferred experience in the Telco/Infrastructure industry with security-focused projects. Strong understanding of security operations and procedures, along with experience in project management, is required, as is the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, coupled with proficiency in using various tracking platforms and tools, are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The DC Security Management II will gather and analyze security incident reports, identify security threats and risks, manage internal and external access requests, oversee CCTV and security camera systems, manage inbound and outbound shipment requests ensuring compliance, oversee media handling and destruction, manage hardware decommissioning and RMA processes, support data center audits and vendor management, collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and procedures, analyze data center infrastructure maintenance notices, conduct performance and incident reviews with data center providers, create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Methods of Procedure (MOPs), maintain accurate records of requests and projects using ticketing systems, serve as the primary point of contact for vendor security inquiries, and manage vendor access and scheduling.
