Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR
15 years full time education
Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR (Must To Have skill)
Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks
Strong understanding of human resources management processes and systems
Experience with system integration and data migration strategies
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization

Responsibilities

Design, implement and maintain databases
Install database management systems (DBMS)
Develop procedures for day-to-day maintenance and problem resolution
Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Be responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams
Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members
Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
Advise and lead teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and provide strategic insights to enhance the IT function throughout the systems development lifecycle
